Produced by AmericasMart® Atlanta, in conjunction with partners Sandow Media (parent of Home Accents Today) and the Oriental Rug Importers Association, the gala event honors the top rug introductions for the year. Surya also received nods in the Licensee Design / Any Retail Pricecategory for the graphic FAL-1036 from the Fallon Collection by Jill Rosenwald. Awards judge, celebrity designer Kenneth Brown, commented that the flat-weave’s bold geometric pattern in neutral hues of gray and gold was a “great way to bring pattern into a room.”

Portman, Sr., AmericasMart®Atlanta President and Chief Operating Officer noted that Surya’s “forward-reaching product mix, design aesthetic and marketing indicatives define a company both grounded in tradition and compelled to the future.”

“Our team is incredibly honored to receive these recognitions for product design in the Magnificent Carpet Awards hand-tufted and licensee categories.
